UI Duplicate criteria (schedules F&S etc)

I think this should be applied across the ecosystem when setting up criteria filters. I like your UI suggestion @Mats Knutsson , but GS don't really need to do much if they don't want to carry out "difficult" UI updates, the "Duplicate criteria" could be simply added to the [ADD] option list.

I would use of this in GO's where I regularly add multiple layer names and other criteria.

We took notice and added a new entry into the wishlist: WISH-13331.
