You can already export to .3ds files, I must admit it would be nice to import into a GDL as .3ds as well. But not a huge issue for me.

Maybe other apps should be more compatible with ArchiCAD.

perhaps you should go spelunking for this since I can't remember where it came from.

I am using this to bring in all sorts of good stuff - files from Onyx Tree Pro and Silo - an inexpensive free form modeler capable of smooth multi-curved surfaces.
