To clarify… "You will use your previous versions (26-30) while your GSID lets you. If GS decides to "disable" the GSID then you will not be able to launch them". All other versions you will need to run under a VM.

You place that file in "Applications › GRAPHISOFT › Archicad 28 US > Add-Ons" and after restarting AC you can turn on the Add-On under Options ->Add-On Manager...
