I got a reply from Graphisoft:This is a known Windows issue, DEF-12895. We're already working on the fix for AC26 UP4 and AC27. The reason for the slower navigation is that the text rendering was renewed in AC26. The fix will accelerate this process.

Changing model display in 2D window is not solution for me; I pan and zoom too often and it is irritating when display always blinking in that case. Anyway, thanks for the effort.
