That would mean that the path that has taken Autodesk years to complete, Graphisoft wants to runs through in a few months... Not a nice perspective for every user and more reason to not trust this management by subscribing...

I have observed that behaviour in Archicad 27 too.

One of the Spanish distributors is sending mails telling everyone than from the 1st of November you won´t be able to purchase perpetual licenceses. And that no SSA will be charged next year... What happened to the dates that appear in the FAQ??

The writing is on the wall. GS will do everything in their power to force you to subscribe. By terminating SSA completely, they show they clearly think clients who are not in subscription are not profitable enough, so they are willing to lost some of...

You are right. I suppose if their layers see it the same way, in the next patch they´ll take it away from the main installer, that´s the way things seem to work around here lately 
