Curtain Wall Boundary Custom - External Side (E) Point

Dear Community,

i'm working on Archicad 27, latest update, with Rhino 7 + Grasshopper.

I have an issue with the point to set the "External Side" of the Curtain Wall Boundary Custom component -

everytime i connect i get the error 'Nullable object must have a value" - but only when using the "Curtain Wall Boundary Custom component",

for the "Curtain Wall Boundary" component everything works perfectly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks and all the best!

Hi,

From the error message, I guessed (perhaps wrongly) that the component is expecting expecting a value in at least on of the inputs, where no input is given. It seems if you put in values of Boundary Frame Class (BFC), for each curve defining the curtain wall, it fixes the error.

If you also have curves for Custom Frame Axis (CFA), you also need to put in values for Custom Frame Class.

This was working on Archicad 26 and Rhino 7.cwCustomBoundary1.pngcwCustomBoundary2.png

Hi,

It looks like your Curtain Wall Boundary Custom component misses some input. The Frame and Panel classes need integer inputs to let that "Custom" node work.Custom_Boundary.png

Thanks a lot! BFC and CFC input was the solution, should have thought about that before!
