Hotlinked module selection settings

Hello.

I noticed a difference in module selection depending on which computer I am using.

On mine, placing a module and clicking part of it selects the entire set of objects attached to the module, objects are not modifiable.

On my coworkers' the module is exploded and selecting an object merely selects the object itself and not the rest of the module's content, objects are modifiable.

How do I make it so it is always the first option? Seeing as it greatly facilitates module manipulation and selection on a larger mass plan project.

Are there module selection settings I should be aware of?

I found the answer : toggle or untoggle the option Suspend Groups for each setting depending on your needs.
