These Guidelines set forth the general rules applicable to community posting on the websites operated and managed by Graphisoft SE (Graphisoft Park 1. Budapest 1031 Hungary; registered under registration number Cg.01-20-000001; hereinafter referred to as “Graphisoft”) and on any social media channel used by Graphisoft.
Graphisoft manages a variety of social media channels to create informative, supportive, engaging communities where we can provide information and you can have conversations with us and other users of our products and services.
If you access, post, comment, respond or use one of the Graphisoft’s social media channels you agree and accept these Community Posting Guidelines. These Guidelines apply to any content texts, images, videos, links you submit to Graphisoft and actions taken by you. The Guidelines also apply to all your interactions with other members of the Community.
Please do not forget that the comments and responses that are shown in our social media platform are not posted by Graphisoft. The content of these comments, statements and opinions are not necessarily reflect the views of the social media platform or its owner, and the individuals responsible who are posting them.

Graphisoft values diverse opinions, so you may disagree with some content that you discover. Something may be disagreeable to you but may not violate our Guidelines. Your participation in the Community must always be respectful to others.
Be respectful
We kindly ask everyone show respect for the others in Graphisoft social media platforms. Graphisoft will not tolerate and reserves its right to delete any posts or comment, to ban any user from the social media platforms without prior written notice or consent for violations of community policies.
Don’t post content that is harassing, threatening, inflammatory, libelous or defamatory.
Don’t express hatred or intolerance for people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender or gender identity.
Don’t post content that invade others’ privacy (e.g. phone number, e-mail address).
Don’t post content that is obscene, pornographic, or that contains nudity or sexually explicit images.
Don’t impersonate other people, organizations or pretend to be someone or something you are not.
Don’t attempt to drown out other people’s opinions, including by posting from multiple accounts or coordinating with others.
You may question the beliefs and expertise of others as long as it is relevant and done in respectful and non-threatening way.
Comment moderation
We do the best to moderate the comments and respond quickly for your feedbacks. However we are moderating our platforms, Graphisoft is not responsible for the reliability and truth of any comments posted by other users. Remember these platforms contain opinions and views of other people.
The usage of your posts
You understand and accept that your posts, ideas, contents may be used by Graphisoft. We can use it by any way, in any media, on our platforms or in our business. Considering this, do not post any ideas, materials that you would like to keep confidential. Furthermore, once you post in any way on our platforms, your name, your actions on social media will be visible and associated with your post, in case we are using your post, your name can be indicated and associated with your post.

Your post, comment, response may be submitted to law enforcement if Graphisoft belief that the publication of these information is necessary to prevent, detect fraud or to protect the safety of others.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Graphisoft reserves the right to unilaterally modify the present document or any part thereof with or without any prior notification to You. Your continuous use of our websites and social media channel constitute your acceptance to any and all modifications.
Unless otherwise determined by the relevant social media channel any questions not governed by this document shall be resolved pursuant to the applicable Hungarian legislation, and in particular pursuant to the Hungarian Civil Code. All disputes arising from, or in connection with, the present document shall be decided by, and all claims concerning this document will belong to, the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Hungary.
This document may be translated into other languages. In case of any discrepancies between the original English language version and any other language translations the English language version prevails.
