We released our updated installers for BIM Server 20 in the following languages: AUS, AUT, FRA, GER, INT, UKI and USA. Installers are available from their original download links.
Issue
The installation of BIMcloud or BIM Server version 19 and 20 will fail on macOS 10.13 as the configuration part of the installation will be unsuccessful. During the installation process both the underlying Manager and Server/Module components need configuration. The corresponding dialogs may not come up, as a result the servers cannot be configured/used.
Workaround
BIMcloud users can move straight to BIMcloud v21 as it is backwards compatible with ARCHICAD 19 and 20.
BIM Server 20 users will have an updated installer in the near future, we recommend to wait for this installer prior to upgrading to macOS 10.13.
BIM Server 19 is not supported on macOS 10.13 High Sierra.
