Folgende Meldung haben wir bezüglich Artlantis und Vista von Abvent bekommen.
Dear Artlantis R and Studio Windows users,
As you know actually Artlantis R and Studio 1.2.5 (and lower) are compatible with Windows XP but not with Vista.
Nonetheless we have succeed to run Artlantis R and Studio with Vista facing these 2 issues:
1- The open GL display is slow.
2- When rendering on some machines a QuickTime error -8969 can be displayed.
QuickTime 7.1.5 is actually not compatible with Vista. Artlantis gives the hand to QuickTime when rendering for both still images and animations.
We are working with Apple to resolve this and let you know once will have news.
Es sollte also generell laufen, mit eben diesen beiden Problemen. So wie es aussieht liegt es eben auch am Quicktime. Da muss sich Abvent auf Apple verlassen, dass hier etwas passiert.
