Umbau im Altbau - Projekt richtig einstellen

Hallo,

Ich habe gerade ein Projekt bekommen wo es sich um ein Altbau im Innenstadt handelt und überlege mir wie ich ihn am Besten aufteilen kann.

Das Bestandshaus hat 5 Geschoße mit ca 5m Geschoßhöhen. Im Innenhof gibt es einen niedrigeren Zubau, welcher auch 2 Geschoße á ~5m GH hat; dieser ist abzureißen und an seiner Stelle neu zu bauen. Der Neubau wird andere Geschoßhöhen haben.

Das Ziel ist "richtige" Darstellungen von den Bestandsgeschoßen und den neuen zu haben; Wie würdet ihr das Projekt aufteilen? Macht es sinn, bzw ist es möglich das ganze Vorhaben in einer Datei zu bearbeiten? Welcher Teil des Projektes würdet iht als Modul mit anderen Geschoßhöhen abspeichern?

Sorry if I write you in english, I'm not still able to write in german but I have working experience with german. 
This is really a good question. I can suggest you my point of view, I don't know if it's the best.
For sure the new building has a proper file where you have the right geschoss and höhegeschoss for this new building.

For the exsisting building, I don't know if you already have a model, but my option it will be to treat it as hotlink. This hotlink has their own geschoss with the höhegeschoss of the exsisting one. Then when you import it into the other file you can use the following option.
