http://www.artlantis.com/support/faq/faq.php?id=309 To get your "NEW" Medias listed into the window Catalog of Artlantis, you must drag&drop (at least one time) from your hard drive or from a distant computer (Network) them into the Catalog window of Artlantis.
Effectively you do not need to concentrate your new folders into the folder of Medias installed into the Artlantis folder.
NB: If you delete a folder containing Medias, Artlantis will not display them anymore. If you move a Medias folder on your hard drive, at launch by itself Artlantis will find them again.
