You can use the roof tool to create sloping slabs. If you're using a composite make sure it's saved to be used for slabs and roofs. You can also set the Archicad Classification of the roofs to slab in the object settings dialog.

You need to have the morph selected in the plan view of a Story to copy/paste the morph model element between files. It won't work in 3D and copying from a Section/Elevation view will only paste lines and fills.
