ACAPI_Notify_CatchSelectionChange() trigger event

Hi,

Why does ACAPI_Notify_CatchSelectionChange(SelectionChangeHandler) get triggered on doing zoom-in/out with the mouse-wheel? How can it be avoided? (I have it in the Initialize() function of the addon.)
