ACAPI_View_ReSetZoom linking is not possibel in AC28

I porting some addon to AC28.

I have linker error message.

error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "int __cdecl ACAPI_View_ReSetZoom(short *)" (?ACAPI_View_ReSetZoom@@YAHPEAF@Z)

For others: this will be solved in the devkit we issue from the final build. It doesn't cause any problems if you don't use that function.
