ADD-ON Local ID

I am trying to get a Add-On local Id from the developers site but when I try to create one I get the message:

There has been a critical error on your website.

Is this site down, I have been trying for a couple of days?

Our servers were down for few days at February, sorry for the inconvenience and the late response.
It works now.
