Add a new publishing method

Hi,

I would like to know If it's possible to overload the "Publishing Set Properties" Dialog.
Is there a way to add a custom publishing method which load it own form ?
If not, it is possible to add a button next to the "Browse" button in order to retrieve a path generated by another dialog.
