Buying Developer License?

Hehey Evryone. 

When I registered as a Developer I opted for the Developer License, but i never received a Bill or anything else. Then I wrote the Support and they told me to do that. (Select a Developer License when Register) I told the support that I did that allready and then I never heard back.  😞 

Questions: 

- How can one get a developer License? 

- Where do I need to write/ask for one? 

I would be very glad about some help. When I can't buy a developer License is it okay, id just like to know.

We have somehow missed your request for developer license, when we approved your developer account. Sorry for this. We will be in contact shortly, using the email address you have provided during your registration.

For future reference, developer licenses can be also requested on our Service Desk (https://nemetschekprime.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/136/group/103/create/144).
