Can we write our own DXF/DWG Custom Functions?

Hi all,

Is there a dev kit for making our own DXF/DWG Translator Custom Functions (the Save Extras list, like "Reduce Number of Created Blocks")?

I'd like a version that makes one block per unique parameter set instead of using default parameters, so customised objects don't get lost. The AC29 API DevKit doesn't seem to include anything for this.

Anyone know if it's available to registered developers, or found another way to do it?
