Hello,
I registered as an Archicad API developer on August 3, 2026, but my Add-Ons are still rejected by the licensed FULL version of Archicad.
Two different Add-Ons with separately generated Local IDs show the following error:
“This Add-On cannot be validated. Please contact the distributor.”
Environment:
- Archicad 29.2.1, build 5101, JPN FULL
- API Development Kit 29.3100
- macOS 26.5.2
- Apple Silicon, arm64
I tested the exact same minimal Add-On bundle in Archicad Demo mode, and it loaded and ran successfully.
I have verified:
- The MDID resource is exactly 8 bytes
- Developer ID and Local ID match the API profile values
- arm64 architecture
- Info.plist
- Exported Archicad entry points
- Framework dependencies
- Hardened Runtime signature
- No duplicate MDID is loaded
The same bundle works in Demo mode but fails only in FULL mode. Two different Local IDs generated under the same developer account produce the same result.
I have also contacted [email protected], but the issue has not yet been resolved.
Could a Graphisoft moderator please check whether my developer registration has been manually approved and activated?
I can provide my Developer ID and Local IDs privately if required.
