How to Register Subtype

Hi everyone, i use ACAPI_Register_Subtype register a new Subtype, and read acapi_register_subtype, i have two question

1. the icon don't show

2. when i click the subtype,how can i set the default command

Please help me. best give me a demo.Thanks

I using vs 2019  and I use development kit 25.3002
