Hello,

In the user interface guidelines document in the API help it says:
Avoid flashing the entire window, avoid showing things which are temporary and get reversed like making a hidden layer temporarily visible in order to change some elements. In these cases stop the refreshing of graphics.
How can I stop the refreshing of graphics?
