3D DWG import from Greytech Engineering Software

I have tired importing a dwg file from our structural engineer. The software he uses is call Greytech I believe. We have been trying to import his structural information into our AC model. All I can seem to get are the bolts and some 3D polylines where the flanges are filleted to show up. I have tried all the options for opening this file and I can't get it to work. They can open the file in autocad and it show up just fine. We are using AC10-1183 on osx 10.4.9. Do you think it is on his end or ours? I am attaching a test file he had sent me. There are supposed to be beams, columns and bolts and like I said
only the bolts show up as solids. Anyone else import 3D structural drawings for their projects?

Thanks,

Robert Fuchs

The file is too large but here are some screen shots of what I get.
The bolts are also the only thing that show up when it is rendered.
