Is there a more direct way of doing this so if you change your excel file it will automatially update the PMK file? or one would have to go through this process again to update it in Plotmaker?

Are you on Mac or Windows? It makes a difference.

With Excel 2000, I was able to simply copy cells in Excel and paste into Plotmaker. I created an OLE link, and it worked very nice for our keynotes.
However I have recently updated to Excel 2003. Now the formating is messed up - both on our 8.1 (3.1) Plotmaker files and our 9.0 Plotmaker files. Keynotes now are coming in jumbled and font is messed up. Any ideas?
