Exporting to IFC from Revit (with Add‑in)

Before exporting a Revit model to IFC, please ensure that the following plugins/updates are installed:

• GRAPHISOFT’s ARCHICAD Connection for Revit Add-In: http://www.GRAPHISOFT.com/downloads/interoperability.html
• Autodesk’s IFC import-export app for Revit:
  https://sourceforge.net/projects/ifcexporter/
• Latest Service Pack for Revit:
  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads

 NOTE: It is recommended to always use the GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD connection for Revit Add-In for both export/import of IFC files from Revit.
