We are currently working with another Architect that is using the latest AutoDesk version. When we merge the DWG file all of the detail is missing from the walls, doors, windows. As if their library part are not included in the DWG. In place of the window info is some text (sample- "AecDbWindow (AecArchBase40)."
Whats going on? Do they need to export it some different way? If so how?
Or do I need to merge it differently?
