Revit MEP add-in

All,

I am trying to get our consultants to save out their Revit models using the new GS add-in's. Here is the response I got from my MEP consultant...

I am attempting to export to ArchiCAD with the new interoperability, but I am getting an error message during the conversion process. The error states, “Origin is inaccessible”. Not exactly sure what that means. It goes through the conversion process with duct and pipe segments and then starts the export process and errors out.

Anyone heard this before? I have checked the Autodesk Discussion groups and found nothing.

UPDATE: Our consultant updated his Revit MEP (I assume with a newer build, etc.) and everything is working.
