Hi there, somebody could resolve how to create a "Square footage calculation" by GBA and BOMA standards that works. I've been trying but I could resolve the problem. because it has deferents zones in the same schedule, besides the problem to need mathematic operations to get "gross rentable area" and "loss factor". I attached a file that see what I'm talking about.
