Dimension number shifted to one side, second marker missing

Good Afternoon

Dimension number is always shifted to the one side, and the dimension marker is missing from another side. Dimension tool became useless

It happened to me in both Archicad 16 and just downloaded 17's trial, making it even more strange. I wonder if anyone had this issue??
