PM 9-Custom Appened Titles for improted drawings

Our firm is just now starting to use AC and PM they way it was intended.
i have a question in rregardsto the appending titles. i have set the title up the way we want. the problem is once i have inserted the drawings and the
title come in with them but if i want to rearrange my sheet i can't figure out how to change the drawing number for the title. it always uses the number in the order it was inserted. but what happens when i needs to rearrange that order and now the numbers are just all out of order. there is no way for me to change them unless i delete them and reimport the files in the new order. or is their something i am missing? my bosses do not want to use the grid system which would have been nice. my question is, is there a way to modify the drawing number of the appended titles so that they are still automatically referenced within PM? or is there someway i can use AC to accomplish what i need? Can anyone help me please?
Thanks,
Robert Fuchs

The layout sheet structure tree on the left hand side displays the names of the items placed on a layout sheet. The drawing numbering PlotMaker uses relates directly to the order of these items in the list. To renumber the items on a layout, drag the names of placed elements in the tree to correspond to the numbering you want. The order of items in the tree list determines which is Detail 1, Detail 2, etc....

It doesn't get much easier
i guess i missed that in the reference manual.
thanks a bunch! now if i can convince the bosses that we all need to know how to model in 3D instead of me starting all the projects. Now that we are a 20 person firm i can't keep up. again thanks for the help.

Dont forget that pm9 can use a grid location to determine the drawing number instead of its position in the tree. play around with it on your master layout. i think its pretty well documented in the pdf's that came with the installer
