Live updating "Input" command

Hello,

I'm creating a object which reads a text file that another object writes to. I've got the workflow working as intended however I am required to manually update the object which reads from the text file. Both are placed on separate layouts. 

Is it possible for this to update all on its own without me having to switch between two objects or to Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R to refresh it?

No, the scripts have to run for the text in/out to work.

The only time the scripts run is when you force a Rebuild & Regenerate, or Archicad does this because you have made a change that forces an R&R or you open the object settings which forces the scripts to run.
