BIM Manager Program - Questions on sessions and missing the first week

Our company has assigned me as the BIM Manager, but I have not yet attended the BIM Manager Program from Graphisoft.

We are considering enrolling in the upcoming program starting October 13, 2026. However, due to company events, I will not be available during Week 1, which includes a Live Meeting session.

Are Live Meeting sessions mandatory? If I am unable to attend the Week 1 session, will I be able to access or view the recorded session when I return and continue with Week 2?

Thank you for reaching out! 

I am the Manager for the Graphisoft Learn technical content and also manage and host the BIM Manager Program. 

All our Live sessions are hosted on MS Teams and are recorded. The recording is made available to the participants few hours after the end of the live meeting and you can access it using the Graphisoft Learn Portal. 

So, it is not mandatory to attend the live meeting, but it is recommended to watch the recording at some point after the meeting as there are quizzes associated to the delivered content. 

During the first week of the course we have 2 live meetings. The first one is 1h long and it is a introduction to the Program and to the Learn Portal. The second meeting is 3h long and covers the BIM Manager role and BIM practice.

Thank you for the helpful information!

I am also enrolled in the BIM Manager Program starting October 13, and I have two additional questions.

1. I will be traveling from October 16 to 24, which means I will miss the end of the first week and the entire second week of the program. Will I need a laptop with Archicad or any other software installed to complete the assignments during this period, or would an iPad or iPhone be sufficient?

2. The course FAQ states that the supporting and quiz files are provided in Archicad 24, while the course overview indicates Archicad 27. I currently use Archicad 25. Will this version be sufficient to complete all the exercises and assignments, or is Archicad 27 specifically required, as indicated in the course overview?
