Can someone help me convert this file ? Archicad 28 to Archicad 27

Hi, someone send me an archicad file from Archicad 28 but I have only Archicad 27 and I can't open the file... can someone with Archicad 28 help me concert the file in Archicad 27 please ?

Can't you ask the person that sent you the file to save it as version 27?

It is probably best that they do it.

I am assuming you don't have a license for 28, or you could install that.

Hello, no I don't have any contact with the person... 
I tried to install the 28 but my computer don't have the requirements for it so I'm blocked on 27 😞

OK so I am seeing red flags.

How do we know that you should have that file if you don't have contact with the person that sent it to you?
And 28 runs on the same machine as 27.
