Dear community members,
Over the past 24 hours, some of you experienced display and usability issues on Graphisoft Community. All critical problems have now been resolved by our service provider, and the site is operating normally again.
Due to a style and CSS-related incident on the Khoros Communities platform, several visual and interface elements of Graphisoft Community were affected across different browsers:
Safari and Firefox rendering the site without the main banner (fixed)
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge displaying a severely broken interface (fixed)
The Khoros logo appearing instead of the Graphisoft Community favicon (fixed)
The language switcher missing from the header (fixed)
Website analytics visible among public categories (fixed)
Khoros has confirmed that the incident causing these style inconsistencies and incorrect CSS rendering is fully resolved and that services are stable.
Japanese IME input in the community search box was reported as not working as expected. This issue is still under investigation.
A dedicated support ticket has been raised with our service provider, and the teams are working to restore full IME functionality as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while our platform provider delivered the necessary fixes. If you notice any remaining malfunction or abnormal behavior on the site, please let us know at community@graphisoft.com.
Our team is ready to investigate and get us back on track as quickly as possible.
Graphisoft Community team
