Dear Community Members,
As the Technology Preview Program comes to an end, changes to how you can access AI Visualizer, BIMm Tool, and Artlantis are planned. We hope to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. This short announcement summarizes the most important things you need to know about accessing these three tools in the long term.
We’re excited to introduce a fully cloud-based AI Visualizer in Archicad 28 powered by Stable Diffusion! This new version will be available to users with an Archicad Collaborate or Education license.
AI Visualizer enhances your initial concept in the early design phase by generating design alternatives, adding details, context, and fresh ideas. To learn more about this tool, please visit our dedicated webpage, and knowledge base article.
The legacy experimental version of the AI Visualizer for Archicad 27 will reach its end of service on December 31, 2024, after which it will no longer receive updates or support. Until then, you can access the legacy packages, documentation, and system requirements at Archicad AI Visualizer - Graphisoft Community.
With the release of Archicad 28, users with an SSA / Forward or an Archicad Collaborate Subscription can now use BIMmTool Lite, a comprehensive Point Cloud Handling Feature Set, as part of their subscription. Key features of BIMmTool Lite include new point cloud import, support for various point cloud formats, scalable resolution with preset options, and more. To use BIMmTool in your projects, please visit BIMmTool – Graphisoft to get started.
For more advanced features, the BIMm Tool Pro version will be available for separate purchase directly from BIMm Solutions GmbH’s website after the official release of Archicad 28.
If you want to learn more about the features, please visit our knowledge base article on this topic.
Both the BIMmTool Lite and Pro versions will be available in all languages supported by Archicad in the following months.
We’d like to share an important update regarding the Artlantis Add-on in Archicad 28. In previous versions, beginning with Archicad 20, this Add-on was installed by default. Following the release of Archicad 28, the Add-on will be available for download and installation on-demand. You’ll be able to access it from the time of release via Graphisoft’s download page.
Artlantis, a pioneer in VR imagery which empowers users to simulate, present, and communicate their ideas with striking photo-realism, supports and automatically recognizes English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, and Greek operating systems. If you install it on any other language system, it will run in English. The installer runs in English on every operating system, independently from the regional and language settings.
Best regards,
Graphisoft Product Success Team
