Hi all,
I have just bought a new Mac with M1 Chip. OS Big Sur 11.6.
I use Archicad 23 with a CM Dongle.
Nothing I seem to do will recognise the licence. I can see the license on the code meter control centre and the License Manager Tool says everything is you to date.
When I attempt to start using Archicad I get a notice " Archicad License not found ".
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tim

@TB79 See if this Graphisoft link to Big Sur and setting up the hardware key helps...

Thank you for replying.
Yes I've been through these articles but with no luck. This is the message I'm shown when trying to start Archicad.

So (just to confirm) in the License Manager, you key says it is at least version 23?
Try moving the key to a different USB port if you can.
Sometimes just moving it around is enough to make it be found.
Or at least unplug it and then plug it back in.
Barry.

Hello,
Thank you very much for the report and I am very sorry to hear about the issue!
From macOS Big Sur, the KEXT interface is no longer supported. If your hardware key is configured as KEXT, it might be the problem here. We have a tool to correct this issue: CodeMeter Protection Key Updater
If this does not help, I suggest contacting your local distributor for further investigation.
Thank you very much for your understanding!
Best regards,
Minh
