OS X (Tiger) & 3D Window blip?

Hello -
My office has started to upgrade to Tiger and we are all experiencing a "blip" in the 3D window. The screen seems to flash for a split second whenever you click the mouse button - to change from rotate to edit or to start rotating or to select something etc... It's not unworkable, but it's pretty darn annoying. Has this been discussed before? I'm assuming that this is Open GL related - but I really have no idea.
My hardware is:
G5 (2) 2.5 GHz
1.5 GB Ram
ATI Radeon 9600XT
23" Cinema HD Display
18" Viewsonic VP181s Display

Thanks,
Tom

As long as its not doing this i would not be to concerned. At the moment
this happens 2 out of 4 times when rendering & gives an Apple report as well as Archicad Crash report with GDL & open GL errors in the reports.
Hopefully GA is looking into the reports. No i have not got layers set as transparent as was suggested by GA:?:
But if yours gets to this point then im not all alone.
