I might be. I recently bought a dual 2.7 that was suppose to ship with the 9650. However when I look at the card in system profiler it is called out as a 9600. Apple claims it is the 9650. What I have seems to be working fine, but I should have a replacement in a couple of days that I am assuming will have the correct card.

I have really enjoyed it for the couple of weeks I have had it. I had bought a single 1.8 (not intending to work from it) and the dual 2.7 is much faster with archicad. The 1.8 felt a bit slugish. My previous Mac was a g4 400 and for the past year and a half I have been on PC's. It is sooo nice to be back on Mac's again . My recommendation if you are working on this machine is to go for the fastest you can get (almost). The only issue I have had is this obnoxious beeping. It seems to be a G5 thing and apparently is related to the power supply.
