Problem printing with Xerox 7232

Hello, i'm experiencing the following problem:
When trying to print to the Xerox 7232 with archicad, for some obscure reason, the paper is always selected from tray 1. No matter what selection of papaer feed (manual or automatic) the printer always takes paper from tray 1, as a result i cannot print A3 format because it is in another tray.
This problem only happens with archicad, every other software that i have tryied prints correctly.
Has anyone faced anything similar?
Any help appreciated!

What if you have all other trays opened except the A3 one.. What happens then?

Did you try to reinstall AC? I'm running out of ideas
