!Restored: cannot start interprocess communication server - AC11

Im having some problems to start ArchiCAD 11 on my laptop. it shows this error messages "cannot start interprocess communication server".
I looked in ArchiWiki and showed me this link:

Im not using Norton Antivirus (Im using AVG) so Im not really sure what to do about it.
Does anyone knows what could be causing this trouble?

See if AVG has a setting dealing with Interprocess Communications, or better yet, get a decent virus scanner. AVG may be one of the better free scanners, but that's not saying much. Forking out the extra for NOD32 will pay-off quickly.
