Hi guys,
I have just installed Archicad 20 in my Windows 10. When I start it, after a while , I get the error in the subject (Error code: 3(subcode 2)).
I have followed the Nvidia website guide which is about to increase the Time Delay Relay but in my pc it is already set like they say.

These are the tecnical cfeatures of my Pc (ThinkPad P51):
- Processor: Intel Core i7-7700HQ 2.80GHz
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64
- Ram: SODIMM DDR4 da 16 GB a 2.400 MHz
- Graphic Card: NVIDIA Quadro M1200 con GDDR5 da 4 GB

Do you think that the graphic card is the problem?

Hello,

I searched for this on the web as well, and I have found plenty of reports of such an nVidia Error message, each ending with a different solution. It doesn't seem to be an ARCHICAD thing, much more like an nVidia issue, so I think you should contact nVidia support about this (and/or try other solutions you can find).

Also, you say that you get this error, but don't mention what effect it has on ARCHICAD. If it crashes ARCHICAD, then make sure to send in the crash report, and then contact your local support with the Bug ID. If it causes no issues in ARCHICAD, only an error message, then just go on with your work, and contact nVidia. If it causes problems in OpenGL 3D, you can use the Vectorial 3D instead, as that uses the CPU.
