AC 12 New Library Info (important)

ArchiCAD 12 has changed the way that library parts are matched up with placed objects. This affects all users worldwide.

Depending on your country-specific library, there may be some specific library changes as well.

I recommend that all 12 users go to Help > ArchiCAD 12 Library Guide and download the PDFs there. That help menu item is a link to a GS web page.

It is possible that the documents may be updated over time, but still it may be worth while to download the PDFs into the Documents folder inside your ArchiCAD 12 application folder so that they will show up in the top half of the Help menu for future reference.

For the US installation, I see the two files shown in the screenshot attached. Everyone should read the 'New Library Features' document.
