Sounds like a memory problem. I assume that you have checked your the available space on your hard drive.

Either your physical RAM or the 32bit address limit. If it's the former, buy more. If the latter, upgrade to ArchiCAD 15 which is 64bit.

BTW: It would be much easier to answer if you included your system info in a signature line

What are your machine specs?
I see Windows 7 but how much RAM do you have?
Archicad 13 is 64 bit on Windows so it should be able to make use of extra RAM.

Add your Archicad version and machine specs to your signature in the "Profile" link at the top of this forum.

It saves you having to write them for future posts and it save anyone having to ask.
Answers can vary depend on your configuration.

Is 13 installed as a 64 bit program?
You will find the application file in the "Program Files" folder rather than "Program File (x86)" if it is 32 bit.

I don't know if 13 is limited to how much RAM it can use - I don't remember reading anything about that.
The documentation says 2GB min but 4GB recommended so you should be OK.

But it was the first 64bit version so it wouldn't surprise me if there were problems.
I never used it myself.

Do you have the latest hotfix (7) - build 3826?

You have build 3835 so all is up to date there.
They must have snuck in a hotfix 8 without me realising.

Check this out to see if it helps with 15.

I'm not sure what else you could try.
Do you have access to another machine to see if it works there?

So we've been running AC 13 With the latest hoxfix and we are still getting the 'disk is full or not enough memory to create 3d data structure. (error code 12)'

this is driving 2 of our workers crazy as they have to shut down AC13 and restart it again.

does anyone have any suggestions?

Does this happen every time, or just sometimes?
How complex is your project? How many and how complex are objects placed in it?
Is ArchiCad able to produce the perspective view if you only select and try to preview a part of the project?

I have no experience with the 64 bit version of Archicad. And you computer seems strong enough.

Still... it may just be a problem of too many too complex objects. Try lowering the polygon count - lower the number of complex object, lower the magic wand settings, so that, especially meshes don't end up with too many points...

Just an idea...
