i see you're on ver. 13, which, to date, i don't think has had a import google add-on released, so you would need to use ver. 12 with the add-on installed (available here: http://www.graphisoft.com/products/archicad/addons/sketchup/su_plugin_download.html) , save it to your library and then use it in ver. 13.
