Customization of Railling

Dear All,

(1) Is there any way to create the Railing as shown below and Is it possible to customize that Railing in ArchiCAD 16. It should be controlled through Parameters settings.

(2) I would also like to know, How to customize new Window family with Parametric control.

(3) GDL scripting is the Only way to customize the new library object with Parametric Control or any other simple methods are available. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
