Detail ID in Library Part

I was hoping to get a little help with a Drawing Title Lib Part. What I need is an additional line of text above the standard Drawing Number/Sheet Number circle that displays the ID of the Detail Window automatically. The Title objects seem obscenely complicated, & I'm afraid I don't know where to begin to figure out where I'm supposed to put that little peice of script that would make it work. That is, if its even possible.
