Dimension marker to read nominal door/window sizes?

How can I make the Dimension marker to read nominal door/window sizes? Currently there is just the "Nominal Sill Hight" option, but no height and width.. Please don´t tell me to use "custom text" option.
Help please!

Piotr Dobrowolski gave me the solution, a custom WD Marker that reads nominal dimensions. Download it from:
