Dimension marker to read nominal door/window sizes?

How can I make the Dimension marker to read nominal door/window sizes? Currently there is just the "Nominal Sill Hight" option, but no height and width.. Please donĀ“t tell me to use "custom text" option.
Help please!

Piotr Dobrowolski gave me the solution, a custom WD Marker that reads nominal dimensions. Download it from:
