Discrepancy between the preview and the 3D

There is a discrepancy between the preview and what I see in the 3D window. I don't know what causes it. The sashes are not visible. I am working with AC 23.

Check the Level Of Detail (LOD) either in the object settings or the MVO settings.
It depends on whether the window is using the object settings or the MVO settings as to which will have effect.
