Try to find the door or window that is causing the error.
Place a marquee around half of your plan and view in 3D.
If the error message appears now select just half of that original area and view in 3D.
If there is no error then you know the problem is in the other half so then select half of that area.
Keep working down in size until you find the culprit.
Then carefully check the parameters for a zero or negative thickness, length or width.
Try turning the casing on or off and see what happens.
Basically you just have to trouble shoot till you find the problem.
Alternatively delete the offending object and try placing a new one.
If you understand scripting you could open the script for the casing object (or macro) and find out what is on line 4618 and that may give you a clue for what to fix.
