I can't Set chang GLOBAL VARIABLES by....

SYMB_FILL_PEN = [my color index parameter]

How to set change value's SYMB_FILL_PEN VARIABLES in script.

These global variables are primarily for output, i.e. they tell you something about an object's settings, geometry, or environment.
